    Have you checked the forum for answers to your posts?

    David (Green Felt Guy) one of the owners/developers of this website gave you possible solutions, to your problem, in July 2017: "2 Things to try: force reload (hold shift and click the reload button). If that doesn't work, make sure you don't have any rogue toolbars installed in your browser. We've seen those things mess up our games."

    Have you tried those? Did they not help?
