How can someone complete a game in 13 seconds? Inquiring minds want to know. I assume some finagling is being done, but why would one bother? What does it prove?

Well, I think there is always a bit of male ego satisfaction in finding a programing glitch that can be exploited. Whether they really completed a game in 13 seconds really isn't the point of interest. The question is "How did they cook the reported result!"
