What would you like to see? Please allow a player to be ranked only once based on time. Then please allow a player to be ranked only once for least number of moves to complete the puzzle. Two separate scoreboards as you have them set up.

There are obviously players writing programs to solve the games and then repeating their programs to take up all of the slots keeping legitimate players from being ranked.
