Please describe the problem in detail:
This has now gone way beyond frustrating!!! It still bounces me out of the login box when I try to put in my password! So out of frustration I decided to create a new user. The new user name was accepted but then when I was finally able to get into the password box when I was typing the password the cursor was down in the verify password box??? Why??? Then when I tried to go to that box to re-enter my password I was once again bounced out!!! That’s it! I give up! On to a different website for solitaire game!!!!

I'm sorry you're frustrated. Unfortunately I can't duplicate the behavior on my iPhone (I don't have an iPad, but I'm running the same iOS as you). Are you tapping your finger on the different boxes? Can you try using the little blue arrows above the keyboard to switch boxes? Also pressing return will advance once box at a time. All three methods of moving between text boxes work for me, so I'm having a hard time debugging what could be wrong. Can you try the other methods and see if they are also not working?
Yes, I have tapped on both the password box numerous times & finally I am in it but as I said when I start typing my password the password appears in the box but the cursor is actually down in the verify password box. So then when I try to go to the verify password box it boots me out. When I tried just logging in normally (not trying to create new user), I tried just clicking the return button after typing in my user name. It bounces me out then I go back into the login box where my user name is there & tap on the password box & it won't let me get into it & then again it bounces me out completely. So I try again to log in & get the same thing! That is why I resorted to creating a new user & as you can see that didn't get me anywhere!
I am logged in alright on my big IPad, however up top on the right where it shows my user name the logout feature is not there. Not that I want to logout but I just find it strange that is no longer an option.
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and 2 options come up: settings and log out.
Okay, but didn't want to try that for fear of my accidentally logging out & once again not being able to log back in! Since I am still able to play the game on this bigger & older iPad & not on my newer iPad mini, I don't want to jinx myself!
I'm not very smart about these things but I gotta ask just 1 question here:
David, is it possible she cannot log in on one phone because she is already logged in on another?
That is a legitimate question! One I would have asked if it weren’t for the fact that by accident, I logged in one day on both my big IPad & my iPad mini.
Hallelujah I finally logged in on my iPad mini!! Let the bells ring out! Now don’t ask how I managed to do it, because I pushed up arrows, down arrows, tapped on boxes, etc. & finally I am back in the game! Phew, I’m getting toooo old for this!
