    If you mean the card faces, the cards are changed for holidays, only. (Except there is some way to do the holiday themes, at other times, but I don't know how.) There are no Ocean/Fish themed card faces.

    If you want to change the card backs... In the upper left hand corner, of a game screen, you'll see: "Games Size Deck Contact Us FAQ Leader Board". Click Cards and then the design you want.
