Please describe the problem in detail:

Many have been reporting for a long time that we have not been getting scores for the Freecell solitaire game. We get an "error" message - that the backserver is not working. Is this problem being worked on? When can we expect to be able to play and get scores? Just no fun without them. Thank you.
