Please describe the problem in detail:

I repeatedly get a message that the backend server is not available and thus my score cannot be saved. PLEASE FIX THIS.

    I get the same message. Been off and on for weeks and I now play elsewhere. It's too annoying

    Most frustrating is that greenfelt has not apparently answered any of the complaints about this bug. It's so widespread that they should post a general announcement for all users to see.

    I enjoy playing solitaire but would be nice to see how I am doing. I've gotten out my old fashioned cards and am enjoying them very much. Could you write an update on the repairs now and then?
