I'm not sure what is causing this—we haven't changed our code in a few months, so nothing that's happened in the last few days should affect anything. I would try clearing your browser cache. Here's how to do this on iOS. Looks like you are on an old iOS, so it might be slightly different.

Thanks for this, David. It seemed to correct itself on Monday, but the clearing cache is useful info. I was able to play on my tablet, but my husband couldn't get anything to load on his iPhone.
