    You're using Firefox, right? We're pretty sure this is a bug in firefox. It's the King of Clubs, I think, that seems to be the card that's always missing. If you reload with the shift-key held down it will come back. We've seen some work-arounds for this bug but we didn't really like them so we're suffering with the occasional missing card until they fix Firefox...
