We've seen that before, but it's been tough to track down. The game considered itself solved right? That means it is a visual glitch and that the internal game state is correct. If it happens again (to you or anyone), I'd love to know whether undoing 1 move and then redoing it makes the card go into the foundation.

Thanks for the screenshot, btw, it makes our life much easier when we can see what's going on directly.
