I have it too.

Around 2 in five games I get an error when recording the game details which directs me to click the little card icon in the top right of the screen. When I do this, the game mostly gets recorded - around 2 out of 3.

The only explanation given is (Bad Gateway). What is a bad gateway and is the fault on my PC or on your server? I'd like to know, especially if it can be fixed at my end.

This is the proper place to report it.

Our server died last week and when it rebooted it appears to have logged everyone out. Everyone is now trying to log back in (we're getting about 10 logins per second) and getting their usernames or passwords wrong (both are case sensitive, so capitalization matters). All the failing logins are causing the gateway timeouts (they're clogging up the server because of the way we programmed it). There's a couple things we're going to try to make it work better. Sorry it's been annoying lately.

I did observe that I had got logged out and as of today this has occurred around 6 or 7 times.

So what am I doing about it? Answer - wasting your valuable time whinging about a rather unimportant error.
