Unable to drag single card to free cell if an open file exists

Please describe the problem in detail:


With a single card in a file, an empty file, and three free cells, with a mouse, I could move the single card to the free cell, then move a straight k to 3 into the empty file.

But on the phone the single card won't move to the free cell - it always goes to the empty file. If the empty file is the rightmost, sometimes it's possible to drag the single card into the margin, then it will allow dragging to the free cell. But usually the whole display is dragged.
