I love that your sending screenshots (no really, it's one of the more helpful kinds of bug reports we get)! In the future can you send just the png and not a word doc though? pngs just show in the browser and there's way less friction to look at it. Thanks!
So, in both errors you've sent us I can't see the menu bar at the top of the web site. That shows whether you're logged in or not and shows errors when the game stats weren't sent correctly for some reason. If this happens again can you look at the top there and see if any messages are there?
