High Score Not Showing First Game Only

In Forty Thieves, there's an option to check a box and only show each player's first score in the high scores list. It doesn't appear to be working. I just finished a game in second position, but I noticed that the player above me had an earlier game shown as well a ways down. I checked the box, and closed and reopened the high scores list, but both of the other player's games were still showing. Sorry, I didn't get the game number. If I see it again, I'll post it here.
