Please describe the problem in detail:
I played a complete  game of Klondike Solitaire on green felt for how things work and NEVER uncovered a King the whole time

    Whole game of Klondike without any Kings in the deck, apparently !!!

    That's ok, there's no guarantee that a game is beatable. In this case, the game in question has all the kings hiding face down on the tableau. Sadly there appears so way to get to them, since you need out to get the cards on top of them out of the way.
