Unable to move cards

Please describe the problem in detail: I doubt if this is a bug - probably something wrong with my PC setup.  I cannot click onto a card and move it.  The only move that is recognised is when I double click on a card to move it up to the top stacks (Ace, 2, 3, 4 etc)  What do I need to do - everything worked perfectly on an earlier model PC

    My old PC will lock up--mouse doesn't move, arrow keys, space bar.  Sometimes, if I go unload the dishwasher, it will fix itself.  Sometimes CTRL-ALT-DEL will take me back to the logoff screen and I just click on cancel and all is right with the world.  


    It could also be an overheating problem.  Use your canned air if you wish, but follow it with the vacuum cleaner (make sure everything is plugged in tight). Be sure to get the fan(s) and that heavy cubical thing.  (Don't you dare laugh at me!) 

    Old PC?  Do you still have the sides installed on that thing?
