This is my third request, is they are anybody reading these complaints?
I am not getting satisfaction.
Your game is out of order.
Please fix it or I am out of here.

I read your second complaint, and replied:

I just solved Game #:382819556 in 1 minute and 20 seconds, and 93 moves. There are 15 people who solved it faster than I did. How is it messed up and what would you like fixed?

Can you please give specifics of why, and how, you feel the game is out of order and how you feel it should be fixed, so the Green Felt developers, David and Jim, can look into the problem.
