Can't Move Stacks

Please describe the problem in detail:
Individual cards move fine but only the last card in a line will play. If you need the 8 above the 7 to play on a neighboring 9 you are out of luck. I've had it stick so you had to hit just the right spot to move a stack but this time there doesn't seem to be any way to get multiple cards to move.
