spider solitaire 2 wont come up

When I initiate the game, I can get the cards laid out but not the final row that is turned over face up. So I cannot play the game anymore. I have tried pausing. I have tried just attempting to remove a card, and I have tried selecting replay or selecting another game number. Nothing.

I have turned off the computer and rebooted it. Still nothing.

What has happened?
