When I play Forty Thieve, a lot of times when I'm clicking on the pile for new cards, and sometimes when I click on the green background on a card in one of the stacks too, it starts reversing my moves (so undoing my moves) and I have no idea why.

We made Green Felt so you can do common things like Undo and Auto-finish by using only the mouse: If you right click then it does "Undo". If you (normal) click in an unused part of the tableau then it does Auto-finish. Most likely one of these are what you are seeing.
