This is not necessarily a problem. Freecell rules state that only one card may be moved at a time. We find this makes game play tedious and so Green Felt allows you to move multiple cards at a time, but only if the cards could be moved individually and legally into their new location. So if all your free cells at the top are taken up and you have no open spaces on the tableau, then the game will (correctly) not allow you to drag more than one card at once.

If you had open spaces and it still wouldn't let you drag more than one card, then that is a bug and we'd like to hear specifically which cards wouldn't drag and in what situation.
