cards won't move properly

Please describe the problem in detail:
This happened once before - a few months ago, and then was corrected, and has been happening now for four days. Perhaps it is only my computer? The cards are moving very slowly and jerky. Sometimes they have to be dragged to the new location and even then they dont want to 'click in'.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
