Please describe the problem in detail:
Will not let me sign in. Cannot create a new password and demands my username is already in use. Yes, as I play here often. However, there is no where to retrieve a lost password and if I create a new user/password each time kind of defeats the purpose.

Looking through today's logs, I see this coming from your computer:

• login attempt for user named "dhunigirl" with a password. This fails because this username was never created on our system.
• create user attempt for sacredart4u with the correct password. This fails because sacredart4u has already been created on the system.
• create user attempt fot sacredart4u with a new password. This also fails because sacredart4u already exists.
• login attempt for sacredart4u but with the incorrect password (same password as the second create).

Hint: You correct password has a number with more than 2 digits.

No, currently there is no automated way, sadly. This is the tradeoff we chose for not asking for your email address up front.
