Score not appearing again

You asked me to tell you when this happened again. I'm always logged in. I get the message "Congratulations" but no score appears. My score does not appear in the high scores box either: The blurb says that there are no high scores yet. When I replay the game and win, the new score usually shows up (but not the original one).
