Flowergardenscores not entered correctly, playing alone

I thought I'd reported the problem recently but don't see a post from me - my scores are not recording when I do better than the top three many times and once I've played the first game, I'm almost always then playing games with no previous scores recorded, not playing against a roster of players/scores. Game of the Day just now, scored fourth, played again and scored third - that score is not recorded at all. Not sure what the issue is? Thanks.
