"ghost" cards

Please describe the problem in detail:
I am seeing occasional "ghost cards" while playing - cards are very translucent. I've never seen it happen before.

    I think this is a bug related to our pausing/unpausing code (that should be the only time cards turn transparent). Next time it happens, try pausing the game, waiting for everything to go transparent, then unpause it. Whether that fixes the problem or not, let us know.
