can't get loose from a card

Please describe the problem in detail:
I get so far in game number26634 and when I go to move the jack of spades I can't get it to go where it is supposed to go then it will not go anywhere. It just keeps moving with the pointer no matter where I try to put it. Have to abandon game to get where I can do anything again.
