Okey dokey. That's pretty much on you to accomplish.
Getting better (however you choose to define "better") is a noble goal.
Some suggestions:

• focusing on either getting better in terms of the number of moves you take to complete a game or how fast you can finish. If you go for the latter, then learn to leverage SuperMoves for speed. (If you don't know what SuperMoves are, tap "Show Rules.")
• Play during the first five minute of each hour. Then you'll be among the first people to play the game, so you'll necessarily be near the top of the list. Will your score get pushed off by folks who come along later? Probably. [I'm among the faster players of Freecell. I score the fastest time fairly often. But it may not stand as the fastest for long. Which to my way of thinking goes squarely into the "So what?" bucket.]
