Because so many Americans are about to lose their Healthcare and many will die because they cannot afford their Healthcare anymore. How long you been in this country? My family goes back to the Pilgrims, and I would NOT deny Any Human the Right to Healthcare. Maybe, We the Pilgrims, should have stopped all you immigrants after WE came, so WE could be so rich, and super healthy because we would own all the doctors and hospitals. No-Body has more VALUE than anybody else, or any other body.

Hi @Lissie_Love...I see the point you are trying to make. In Canada, any citizen who needs health services can walk into any hospital or clinic to be treated without charge. We don't have to be rich to own all the doctors and hospitals...we decided quite a while ago to allow our Federal government to take care of costs for us from the taxes we pay.
Some people would call it socialism but Canadians feel and live as much a capitalist as they want to or, live life as a socialist if that is their preference. It's nice to have the choice and not feel guilty about having made the choice to be whatever we want. About the non-citizens or immigrants, they are charged for any services rendered.
