    @upyournose and @jamalily Further to @fingsaint 's instructions, when you click on the mailbox, in the upper right hand corner of this page, click on New Message in the top right corner of the drop down box. When you start typing a name in the Recipients box, you'll get a drop down list of names to choose from, for the one you want to send the message to.
