    Hi @Lasus18 I’m not experiencing this problem so it is more than likely that your computer needs some attention. Do you use a mouse to navigate the screen? If so, Google suggests the following as a start to solving the problem :

    Unplug your mouse, then plug it back in after a few minutes.
    Plug your mouse into a different USB port.
    Make sure your mouse cable isn’t damaged.
    If you’re using a wireless mouse, check or change your batteries.
    Make sure there’s no dirt blocking your scroll wheel.
    If a controller is plugged in at the same time as your mouse, unplug it.
    These tips help you confirm that your mouse and USB ports are in working condition.

    I occasionally use a trackball that exhibits the same symptom. It's usually because of lint. Remove the trackball, clean it and make sure there is no lint under it.
