Just clicking on the background rather than on a card will activate the autoplay.
I don't like the term "autofinish" because it can't complete every hand successfully any more than you can. The cards must be set up correctly to continue. If there are no moves available from where you are, it won't do anything. The main purpose is to speed up the play so you don't have to do a lot of clicking.

So far the highest score on that game is 2--if that continues, auto finish can't help.
