Perhaps you accidentally hit the wrong button, Replay is right beside the New Game button.
How exactly are you getting to the site? If you created a bookmark, then it could be to a specific game number (https://greenfelt.net/klondike?game=949801403) instead of to the general page for the game (https://greenfelt.net/klondike). Same goes if you start typing in the browser’s search/URL box and then select an auto-fill hit that includes the game number.
And if you’re going to greenfelt on different computers or using different browsers, then it’s expected that you’ll get the same game in certain circumstances.
