Get rid of the bottom discussion line

I keep hitting the bottom discussion line link in error and can't get back to the game I was playing

jim asked for a screenshot, here's the one i took .. .. .. it shows where the "bug report" line has been closed but when u hover over that space with the cursor (red X represents cursor) u can see the link is still there .. .. .. if u click on a card in that space it will take u to the "new discussion" page

if you click on the red x on the left side it will disappear
