    Again, a problem I have never had. The timing is exact for every game I play. Hope it can be fixed for you.

    Sometimes I've had the automatic pause not work (like when I click off the page to see an email). So I come back and find it took me 20 minutes to do the puzzle. Is that maybe what you experienced?
