Cards Moving Back to Previous Stack After I Move Them

Sometimes when I move a group of cards to another stack, they keep moving back to the previous stack when I make my next move. It doesn't happen very often, but it is very frustrating to try and get them to stay put. What can I do, or what am I doing wrong ? It happens on several of the games I play. It just happens to this time be Klondike.
