    Hi @Franncie2020 can you be a bit more specific? Are you having problems getting the site to accept your log in details? Are you finding that you are logged out automatically every time you leave the site?

    If it’s the latter, check that your computer settings allow cookies as cookies remember your log in details when you revisit the site.
