Time to complete a game

I am not attacking gexd. The times show below show that a player can replay a game multiple times and is shown to be the fastest game completer when cmac only played it once and their cumulative time is less than gexd. There is no weight given to the player that makes fewer moves but may take more time to complete the game. Has any consideration been given to using weighted average of time and moves?
